Sentien Corporation d/b/a SeniorSafe ("SeniorSafe" or "we" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy notice. This Privacy Notice (our "Privacy Notice") describes the types of information we may collect, use, maintain, protect, disclose, or otherwise process about you ( you as a "visitor" or "user" or "subscriber" or "Trusted Contact" or "Subscribing Third Party", hereinafter collectively, "you") when you visit the SeniorSafe Website ("Website"), install and use our mobile or desktop applications that you download from an authorized distribution site, such as the Apple App Store® or the Google Play Store® (each, an "Application"), and use our SeniorSafe call monitoring products and services (our "SeniorSafe Products and Services", and together with the Website and Application, the "SeniorSafe Platform") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, disclosing, or otherwise processing that information. Throughout this notice, you may use any portion of the SeniorSafe Platform either directly or indirectly by communicating with someone via telephone who uses the SeniorSafe Products and Services to detect and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • on our Website;
  • on or through our SeniorSafe Products and Services, including when you subscribe to or otherwise use our SeniorSafe Products and Services;
  • on or through our Application;
  • when you are listed as a contact person when malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected against a user of our SeniorSafe Products and Services (each person, a Subscriber or User or a "Trusted Contact"); and
  • in voice communications, email, text, and other electronic messages between you and SeniorSafe through any medium.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • us through any other means, including on any other website operated by SeniorSafe or any third-party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries);
  • us or any of our affiliates or subsidiaries related to your or any other individual's employment or potential employment with us;
  • your telephone service provider, whether traditional telephone, Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP," which may be provided by your cable television, internet provider, or another third-party) or mobile telephone provider;
  • your email service provider;
  • any other third parties that you may communicate with over your telephone or email services;
  • any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website or Applications.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use any portion of our SeniorSafe Platform. By accessing or using any portion of our SeniorSafe Platform, you agree to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Notice). Your continued use of any portion of our SeniorSafe Platform or after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Notice periodically for updates.

2. Children Under the Age of 13.

While we welcome children under 13 years of age to communicate with their parents, guardians, and other loved ones that may use our SeniorSafe Products and Services, our SeniorSafe Products and Services only collect information as part of a traditional form of communication (i.e., through telephone, email, and text messaging) between such children and a subscriber to or user of our SeniorSafe Products and Services, and not subject to the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Our SeniorSafe Platform is not intended to be subscribed to by or for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the SeniorSafe Platform. Except as part of a communication between such a child and a subscriber to our SeniorSafe Products and Services through traditional forms of communications, such as through email, telephone, or text communications, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our SeniorSafe Platform or on or through any of its features, except as part of a communication between you and a user of our SeniorSafe Products and Services through traditional forms of communications, such as email, telephone, or text communications. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 in this manner without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information directly from a child under 13 other than as part of a communication between such a child and a user of our SeniorSafe Products and Services through traditional forms of communications, please contact us at the contact information below.

3. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It.

Throughout this Privacy Notice, the term "Personal Data" means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or device. However, Personal Data does not include any deidentified or aggregated information.

Generally

We collect Personal Data from various sources, including:

  • directly from you as a subscriber or an adult child, or a trusted contact, or a subscribing third party who subscribes for you to our SeniorSafe Products and Services when you provide it to us;
  • automatically as you use our SeniorSafe Products and Services;
  • automatically as you navigate through or otherwise use the Website and Applications;
  • information that we create about you as you use our SeniorSafe Platform; and
  • From third parties, for example, our business partners.

Information You Provide Us as Part of a Subscription to our SeniorSafe Platform

We collect the following types of Personal Data directly from you when you access or use our SeniorSafe Platform or when someone obtains a subscription to our SeniorSafe Products and Services on your behalf or you otherwise identifiy youself as a Trusted Contact, or a Subscribing Third Party: billing name, billing address, billing email address, billing phone number, contact information for a user, or user's Trusted Contact, or Subscribing Third Party (that we may contact when we detect malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal communications related to the user of the SeniorSafe Products and Services), user real name, user alias, user home postal address, unique personal identifier, user home email address, user home and/or mobile telephone number(s), account name, tokenized credit or debit card number, tokenized financial information, medical information, age, birthdate, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical conditions, physical or mental disability, gender, audio information (including anonymized recordings and transcriptions of your conversations with third parties and users of our SeniorSafe Products and Services), voiceprints, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline. In addition, we also collect other types of information that you may provide when you fill out a form or through your correspondence with us.

We collect the Personal Data from you on or through our SeniorSafe Platform through:

  • information that is provided by filling in forms to subscribe to our SeniorSafe Platform;
  • if you contact us, records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses); and
  • details of transactions you carry out through our Websites and Applications and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order to subscribe to our SeniorSafe Platform.

Information We Collect Automatically as Part of the use of our SeniorSafe Products and Services

As you use our SeniorSafe Products and Services, we may automatically collect certain Personal Data about you and your communications. This may include: a recording of your communications (whether transcribed, audio, email, or via text messaging), voiceprints, time and date of the communications, information related to your physical location and movements, carrier or internet service provider identification and other similar information, phone numbers, meta data, tokens of the called and calling parties or caller/sender and the recipient(s) (in the case of telephone or text messages), email address of the sender and recipient(s) (in the case of email communications), and other inferences used to detect and prevent malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal communications.

Our SeniorSafe Products and Services are designed to provide callers to, and recipients of, telephone communications with subscribers or users of our SeniorSafe Products and Services with a notice describing our recording of such communications and our collection and use of the above information before a call (the “Notice”). If you use our smartphone app, only unknown call or called parties will receive the Notice. Telephone numbers not listed in your smartphone's contact list are considered unknown parties.

BY USING OUR SENIORSAFE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO OUR RECORDING AND TRANSCRIBING SUCH COMMUNICATIONS AND OUR COLLECTION OF THE INFORMATION DESCRIBED ABOVE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SENIORSAFE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND OUR DISCLOSURE OF SUCH RECORDED INFORMATION TO A SUBSCRIBER, A USER'S TRUSTED CONTACT, A SUBSCRIBING THIRD PARTY OR ANY SENIORSAFE AGENT. WE MAY ALSO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO AUTHORITIES AND OUR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO MAY INVESTIGATE AND TAKE ACTION TO STOP AND DETER MALICIOUS, DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT, OR OTHER ILLEGAL COMMUNICATIONS.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies About Your Use of Our Website or Applications

As you navigate through and interact with our Website or Applications, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain Personal Data about your interaction with our Website and/or Applications, including information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This includes:

  • details of your visits to, and use of, our Website and Applications.   • Website or Application Interaction and Performance Monitoring Tools. Our Website and Applications may also use interaction and/or performance monitoring tools (sometimes call tracking scripts, analytics tools, session replay tools, or heatmap tools). These tools execute code in your web browser or as part of the Application to help us collect data about your use of and interactions with the pages and content on our Website and/or Application. This may include recording your mouse movements, touches, keystrokes, navigation pathways, other actions that you take our Website or Application, and information automatically transmitted from your web browser to our Website or from the Application to our servers, such as information about your operating system, computer hardware, and browser preferences.

Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Some content, applications, or other technology used on the Website and/or in the Applications are served by third-parties, including analytics providers, and application providers. Information We Create About Your Use of our SeniorSafe Products and Services

We may also create certain information about you related to your use of our SeniorSafe Products and Services. When we associate this information with other Personal Data about you, we consider this information to be Personal Data. This information includes: information about your subscription and use of our SeniorSafe Products and Services, identification or likelihood of malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal communications, and personal and company-wide whitelists and blacklists of email addresses, telephone numbers, and other associated metadata.

Information We Collect from Third Parties

We may collect Personal Data from third parties, which may include information we receive from our service providers, telephone and internet service providers, and/or the subscriber or a User's Trusted Contacts, or a Subscribing Third Party to our SeniorSafe Products and Services. When we associate this information with other Personal Data about you, we consider this information to be Personal Data. This information includes: personal and company-wide blacklists and whitelists of email addresses, phone numbers, and other associated metadata.

TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY USING THE SENIORSAFE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO ALL COLLECTION AND USE OF THIS PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING VOICEPRINTS.

4. How We Use Your Information.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data:

  • to provide and personalize our Website and Applications and its content to you;
  • to provide and personalize our SeniorSafe Products and Services to you;
  • to provide you with information about the SeniorSafe Platform that you request from us;
  • to support, develop, troubleshoot, and debug the SeniorSafe Platform;
  • to create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us;
  • to process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud related to your purchase of a license to our SeniorSafe Platform;
  • to provide you with notices about your subscription, including expiration and renewal notices;
  • to provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses;
  • to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the SeniorSafe Platform, including our databases and other technology assets, and business;
  • for internal testing, research, analysis, training, and product development, including to develop and improve our Website, and to develop, improve, or demonstrate our SeniorSafe Products and Services;
  • detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity against the SeniorSafe Platform itself, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity;
  • detecting and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity against users of our SeniorSafe Products and Services, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity;
  • debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality in the SeniorSafe Platform;
  • to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you,the subscriber, or a subcribing party for you, and us, including for billing and collection;
  • to notify you about changes to the SeniorSafe Platform;
  • to train and/or re-train our artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models used in our SeniorSafe Products and Services;
  • as an input into our artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models used in our SeniorSafe Products and Services;
  • in any other way we may describe when you provide the information;
  • to fulfill any other purpose for which we have collected it; and
  • for any other purpose with your consent.

We may further anonymize or aggregate your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law such that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you and use it without restriction. We may also use your Personal Data to contact you about our own and third-parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your Personal Data in this way, please check the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your Personal Data. 5. Disclosure of Your Personal Data.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your Personal Data for purposes other than those outlined in this Privacy Notice. However, we may disclose anonymized or aggregated information about our users, and information that does not reasonably identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose Personal Data that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Notice:

  • to our subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • to a User's Trusted Contact and Subscribing Third Party, including when malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity against a user of our SeniorSafe Products and Services is detected;
  • to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. These entities provide IT and infrastructure support services, malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity detection and intervention services, and payment processing services. Our payment processors' privacy policies may be found at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
  • to a potential or actual buyer or other successor in the event of a planned or actual merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Sentien Corporation's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Sentien Corporation about users of our SeniorSafe Platform is among the assets transferred;
  • to third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these disclosures. For more information, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information;
  • to third-party cookie and other tracking technology providers for the purpose of providing analytics and cross-context behavioral advertising services to us;
  • to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you subscribe to our SeniorSafe Products and Services on behalf of another person, we may contact them to inform them that you have purchased such a subscription;
  • for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information;
  • with your consent.

We may also disclose your Personal Data:

  • to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
  • to enforce or apply our terms of service and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and
  • if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sentien Corporation, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations, including law enforcement, for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

6. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.

We do not control the collection and use of your information collected by third parties described above in Disclosure of Your Information. When possible, these organizations are under contractual obligations to use this data only for providing the services to us and to maintain this information strictly confidential. These third parties may, however, aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes.

In addition, we strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data we have collected about you. We have created mechanisms to provide you with control over your Personal Data:

  • Tracking Technologies. We may use certain tracking technologies that may record your activities on our Website and Applications, and such recordings may be disclosed and processed by third-parties who provide such technologies. This helps us understand our users and the use of our Website and Applications. You may disable these technologies through our cookie consent manager , which you may access by clicking the "Cookies" link on the bottom of any page of our Website and settings screen of our Applications and disabling our use of analytics cookies and similar technologies. You may also set your browser or device to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent, however, if you disable or refuse cookies in this manner, please note that some parts of our Website or Applications may then be inaccessible or not function properly.   • Targeted and Behavioral Advertising. Our Website and/or Applications may use certain technologies, including cookies, to display advertising to you based on your activities of our Website, Applications and/or other online activities.   • Promotional Offers from SeniorSafe. If you do not want us to use your contact information to promote our own or third parties' products and services, you can opt out by checking or unchecking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your Personal Data. If you wish to change your choice, you may do so at any time by logging into the Website or Applications and adjusting your user preferences in your account settings by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@getseniorsafe.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may click the unsubscribe link in the body of that email to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to SeniorSafe as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can learn more about interest-based advertisements and your opt-out rights and options from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on its website (www.networkadvertising.org) and from members of the Digital Advertising Alliance on its website (www.aboutads.info).

7. Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Personal Data.

You can review and change some of your Personal Data by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at privacy@getseniorsafe.com to request access to, correct or delete Personal Data that we have collected about you. We cannot delete your Personal Data (or, if you are a subscriber, the Personal Data of the user of our SeniorSafe Products and Services) except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete your Personal Data if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement, cause the information to be incorrect, or when it is otherwise required to provide the SeniorSafe Products and Services (including, for example, when we need to retain the Personal Data to detect and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity).

8. Your California Privacy Rights.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California's "Shine the Light" law) permits users of our Websites and Applications that are California residents and who provide Personal Data in obtaining products and services for personal, family, or household use to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Data and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared your Personal Data with for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2026 will receive information regarding such activities in 2025). 9. Do Not Track Signals and Global Privacy Control Signals.

We also may use automated data collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).

Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they "do not track" your online activities. At this time, we do not honor such signals and we do not modify what information we collect or how we use that information based upon whether such a signal is broadcast or received by us.

10. Data Security.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our SeniorSafe Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we have implemented measures to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to the SeniorSafe Platform. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures deployed on the SeniorSafe Platform.

11. Consent to Processing of Personal Data in the United States.

In order to provide our SeniorSafe Platform to you or another user of our SeniorSafe Platform, we may send and store your Personal Data outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to countries that may not or do not provide an equivalent level of protection for your Personal Data.
